Willowick Public Library to Provide Free Summer Lunches for Kids Through Greater Cleveland Food Bank

< 1 min read

CLEVELAND, Ohio-The Willowick Public Library has teamed up once again with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank to offer free summer lunches for children aged 18 and under. From June 3 to August 9, meals will be served on weekdays from noon to 1 p.m. at the library’s location on 263 E. 305 St.

This initiative is part of the Summer Food Service Program, a federal nutrition program administered by the Ohio Department of Education. As students often lack access to school lunch programs during the summer months, the Greater Cleveland Food Bank delivers nutritious lunches to partner sites like the library. No registration is required, but meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and all food must be consumed on-site.
