MARION Ohio-The Ohio State University at Marion and Marion Technical College collaborated to provide local high school students with a chance to win $18,000 in scholarships during their annual mathematics challenge. On December 8, 100 students from various schools participated in a math test held at Morrill Hall Auditorium. First-place winners received $1,000 each from both colleges, while second-place teams earned $750, and third-place teams received $500. The top six scorers from each school formed teams, with each top team awarded individual medals and a school trophy.
