The Hamilton County Coroner’s Office has identified a woman and child killed in a massive fire that broke out at an East Price Hill apartment duplex Sunday. Jayceon McGee, 2, and Nyla Lashay Harrow, 21, were found dead at the residence by firefighters, according to the coroner’s office and Cincinnati Fire Department.
