April 4th, 2024-SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio-On March 21, officers responded to a report of three youths attempting to steal a car from a resident’s driveway. Upon arrival, the youths, aged 12-13, attempted to flee but were apprehended after a short pursuit. They were charged with attempted grand theft of a vehicle, obstructing official business, and possession of criminal tools. Unable to be accepted by the juvenile detention center, they were released to their mothers.
