COLUMBUS, Ohio-Governor Mike DeWine and the Ohio Juvenile Justice Working Group announced 26 recommendations for overhauling the state’s juvenile justice system. Established in November, the working group reviewed operations at the Ohio Department of Youth Services and its collaborations with local and county facilities. Some recommended changes are already underway.
