Authorities have arrested a woman accused of fleeing the scene after she crashed into a 13-year-old riding an ATV Sunday afternoon in Hancock County. The teenager, from Arlington, was seriously injured in the crash and taken by air ambulance to the hospital. Their current condition is not known at this time.
