JD Vance Pledges to Help 12-Year-Old Relative Denied Heart Transplant Over Vaccination Status

Vice President JD Vance is stepping in to assist his 12-year-old relative, Adaline Deal, who was denied a lifesaving heart transplant in Ohio due to her unvaccinated status against COVID-19 and the flu, according to reports.
Adaline, who was adopted from China at age 4, has battled Ebstein’s anomaly and Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome since birth. Her condition worsened as she grew, leading to a heart failure diagnosis in January.
The family, who sought care at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, was informed that Adaline would not be placed on the transplant list unless she received the required vaccinations.
Vance, who recently learned about the situation, expressed his commitment to helping his distant relative and seeking solutions.
