Crystal Ann Hall: Designing Pathways for Families and Children to Thrive
Spotlight of the Month

This month, we proudly celebrate Crystal Ann Hall, a purpose-driven creative and community leader whose work continues to strengthen families, uplift children, and expand access to essential support systems.
Crystal Ann’s journey is a powerful reminder that creativity, when paired with compassion, can become a force for social good. What began as a passion for graphic design during her high school years quickly evolved into a successful freelance career that supported her through college and laid the foundation for the impactful work she leads today. Over the years, she has built a strong network of partners and clients, many of whom are organisations committed to improving outcomes for children and families.
Currently serving as the NE Ohio Outreach Supervisor for Bright Beginnings and Creative Lead at High Crown Marketing Group, Crystal plays a vital role in advancing maternal and infant health, early childhood advocacy, and community-based outreach. Her work spans website design, digital campaigns, and strategic communications, all intentionally designed to help organisations connect with families, communicate effectively, and deliver meaningful services.
Crystal brings a unique lens to her work. With a background in public administration, corporate communications, and business, she understands how systems operate and more importantly, how they can be improved to better serve children and caregivers. Her previous roles at Child and Family Advocates of Cuyahoga County saw her leading training initiatives, digital media strategies, and outreach efforts focused on child protection, education, and family stability.
At the heart of everything Crystal does is a deep commitment to people. She believes in meeting families where they are, honouring their experiences, and using thoughtful design and communication to bridge gaps between communities and the resources meant to support them. For her, creativity is not just about visuals, it is about storytelling, connection, and sparking conversations that lead to healthier families and stronger futures for children.
