Children’s Spotlight of the Week: Ava Mingo – A Shining Example of Dedication and Service
Ava Mingo, a student at New Albany High School in Ohio, is the embodiment of determination, resilience, and academic excellence. Known for her unwavering commitment to rising above challenges, Ava consistently demonstrates the Senior Seminar motto: “Best work, first time, on time.” Her dedication is evident in every aspect of her life, from academics to extracurricular activities.
Ava excelled in her Senior Seminar project, where she chose to give back to her community by shadowing and teaching younger students at Buckeye Gymnastics, a place where she has trained for many years. This experience allowed her to combine her passion for gymnastics with her desire to mentor the next generation, showcasing her leadership and dedication to service.
