Liberty Schools Cancel Summer School for Younger Students
Due to the forecast of extreme heat, Liberty Local Schools has announced the cancellation of summer school for students in grades K–5 on Monday, June 23, and Tuesday, June 24. The district shared the update on its Facebook page, noting that the decision was made out of concern for student safety in the high temperatures.
Students in grades 6–12 will still attend summer school as scheduled on both days.
