On Friday, August 29, more than 40 middle and high school students suddenly experienced dizziness, tingling sensations, coughing, nausea, and lightheadedness. Emergency crews transported 43 students to seven hospitals across five counties. No staff were affected, and no life-threatening cases have been reported.
Authorities initially feared carbon monoxide exposure, water contamination, or other environmental hazards, prompting an urgent and large-scale investigation.
