Winton Woods Schools Close Due to Water Main Break

Two separate water main breaks have forced the closure of Winton Woods South Campus and the Greenhills Community Building, according to district officials.
As a result, there were no classes on Wednesday for students enrolled in Project Success, as well as those attending the Primary, Elementary, and Intermediate schools.
All other Winton Woods schools, facilities, and campuses remain unaffected and will continue to operate on their regular schedules.
The water main breaks occurred overnight, Hamilton County dispatchers reported, and repair crews are currently working at the scene to restore service.
While such disruptions are sometimes unavoidable, they serve as a reminder that every child has a fundamental right to education. Ensuring learning continues, even in the face of unexpected challenges, must remain a shared priority.
