Three Teens Busted for Clermont County Car Break-Ins Involving Gorilla Mask

In the early hours of April 30, Clermont County deputies responded to reports of vehicle tampering and property damage in the Amelia Park subdivision. Home surveillance footage revealed a bizarre detail: one of the teens wore a gorilla mask during the crimes.
Thanks to that footage, detectives quickly identified one teen. A search warrant executed at his Monroe Township home led to the discovery of electronic devices and the mask. The teen cooperated with investigators and named his two accomplices.
All three teens, described as cooperative, were taken to the Clermont County Juvenile Detention Center. They face misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief, criminal damaging, and criminal trespass.
