Otsego School Bus Crash: 3 Students Injured

An Otsego Local Schools bus was involved in a crash on Wednesday morning while dropping off Junior High and High School students. According to the district, the accident happened when a vehicle exited the center drive in front of the high school and struck the side of bus 17.
There were 30 students on board at the time. Six reported feeling dizzy or experiencing headaches. Paramedics checked three students, while the other three declined treatment.
One student with persistent headaches was taken out of school for further medical care. The district contacted the families of affected students and said staff would continue to check in throughout the day.
Superintendent Kevin O’Shea confirmed that the bus sustained minor damage and would remain out of service until inspections were complete. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating, and video of the incident has been turned over to authorities.
