BOWLING GREEN, Ohio-Bowling Green High School parents are raising concerns about the enforcement of the school’s dress code, with some suggesting it’s challenging to find appropriate clothing for teenagers. Superintendent Francis Scruci is forming a Dress Code Task Force comprising staff, parents, and students to review and potentially revise the policy.
The lack of air conditioning at the school may contribute to students wearing minimal clothing, but Scruci emphasizes the need for common sense. Principal Jeff Dever acknowledges that while some adjustments may be necessary, the dress code overall is reasonable, aiming to prevent visible undergarments and overly revealing attire.
