COLUMBUS, Ohio-A missing 2-month-old infant, Caius Burris, from Fairfield County was found safe, and the suspect, his father Russell Burris, is in custody. An AMBER Alert was issued on Tuesday afternoon, and the child was located just before 5:30 p.m. Russell Burris, 27, faces charges of domestic violence, with additional charges pending. The situation arose when a woman reported to 911 that he had taken the child after leaving her at a business in Lithopolis, accompanied by two other adults.
