Parma Schools superintendent combines positions in cost-saving move

On the heels of the Parma City Schools Board of Education last week approving a new-money operational levy to appear on the Nov. 4 ballot, Superintendent Scott Hunt has announced — in the spirit of cost savings — a consolidation of administrative positions. The impetus behind the move is the recent departure of Assistant Superintendent Karl Schneider for a new position with the Bedford City School District.
