Cleveland police pick up 15-year-old in break-in probe, fourth arrest in a week

Cleveland police have arrested four people, including three teenagers, and recovered four stolen cars this week as part of an investigation into a string of vehicle break-ins and thefts across the city. The latest arrest happened about 1:15 a.m. Tuesday, when officers learned of a stolen vehicle on the near West Side. Authorities located the parked car and arrested a 15-year-old who was walking nearby at West 32nd Street and Erin Avenue, police said.
