LIMA, Ohio-The “Art Possible Ohio Dance Group,” comprised of students from Lyn’s Dance Academy, concluded their annual program with a final performance at the Civic Center stage. This weekly dance residency, held for 13 years at Marimor School, involves elementary and high school students, with around 40 participants showcasing their skills.
The focus is on introducing dance fundamentals, regardless of the students’ abilities. Lyn Mulcahy emphasizes a holistic approach, integrating team-building exercises and classroom activities into the dance lessons. The program is supported by a grant from “Art Possible Ohio,” with additional performances by students from Lima City Schools and Liberty Arts Magnet Touring Company.
