NORWALK , Ohio-A 16-year-old named Logan T. Lewis was killed in a two-vehicle crash on State Route 61 in Greenfield Township on Tuesday morning. The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that Lewis, driving a 2014 Dodge Avenger, was pronounced dead at the scene after his car collided head-on with a 2012 Freightliner semi-truck driven by 45-year-old Benjamin D. McKillips. McKillips, who suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries, was initially taken to Willard Hospital and later transferred to St. Vincent’s Medical Center by Life Flight. The Dodge Avenger veered into the semi-truck’s path, leading to both vehicles coming to rest off the road and the truck catching fire. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
