DAYTON, Ohio-The University of Dayton and Premier Health have proposed additional concessions to Dayton Public Schools as part of a property tax abatement plan for the redevelopment of the old Montgomery County fairgrounds. The onMain project, a collaboration between UD and Premier Health, aims to transform the fairgrounds into a new neighborhood with residential and commercial spaces.
