Vinton County, Ohio, police are asking for more resources to deal with the child protection case that has been ongoing for 16 children removed from what investigators said were unsafe living conditions. County Prosecutor William Archer has asked for an extra $20,000 to assist in the prosecution of four adults charged with child endangerment and to aid in the administration of juvenile court matters.
