MANSFIELD, Ohio-The Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center (MOESC) Board of Governors approved the BCBA Development Program Policy to address the increasing demand for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) services in local districts. A BCBA is certified in ABA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, employing science-based strategies to modify behavior and improve social outcomes for students. MOESC’s Behavior Support Team, including BCBA professionals, focuses on identifying and mitigating environmental factors that may impact students’ academic success.
