CLEVELAND, Ohio-A local mother faces charges after her 4-month-old baby was discovered alone, covered in a blanket and sweating, inside a parked car. Cleveland Heights police responded to a call at the Severance Medical Arts Building, where a woman reported finding the baby unattended and crying in the parked car at 12:55 p.m. on May 30.
