BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio-Jennifer Davis, a 30-year Benjamin Logan art teacher, has been named to the Distinguished Fellows of the Ohio Art Education Association (OAEA). This honor recognizes her significant contributions to art education and the association. Her achievements include being named Outstanding Art Educator (2018) and Middle School Educator of the Year for the NAEA Western Region (2019). Davis is known for securing grants, presenting at conferences, and promoting student artwork in shows. She will be inducted at the OAEA Conference on November 8, 2024, in Sandusky. Colleagues praise her dedication, with both school administration and a resident artist highlighting her exceptional commitment to student education and development.
