The Euclid Police Department is thanking the public after a driver who allegedly hit a 14-year-old girl on Tuesday and fled the scene turned herself in. According to a Facebook post, at around 3:44 p.m. Thursday, a grey Dodge Caliber struck a 14-year-old girl at the intersection of East 200th Street and Lake Shore Boulevard.
