Two people have been arrested according to the Cincinnati Police and face several charges for a child who drowned earlier this year. The department said on Saturday, Degary Burbridge, 19, and Kiara Nettles, 19, were arrested and face charges of reckless homicide, involuntary manslaughter and child endangerment.
