There are more than 15,000 children in foster care across Ohio. But only half of that number are licensed foster homes to care for them. The team at NewPath Child and Family Solutions says there are a lot of misconceptions surrounding being a foster parent, like you have to be a perfect parent, have a partner, make a certain amount of money, or go it alone. But none of that is true.
