NEWTON FALLS, Ohio-A 44-year-old man from Newton Falls was indicted and arraigned on 30 criminal charges related to child exploitation material. The charges include 19 counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving minors and 11 counts related to illegal use of minors in nudity-oriented material. The alleged offenses occurred between July-September 2023. The defendant was arraigned but his next court date has not yet been set.
