April 11th, 2024-CLEVELAND-Mario Palechka, a Cleveland fugitive, is wanted for rape charges involving a victim under the age of 13. Indicted in 2021, Palechka failed to appear for his arraignment in October 2022, resulting in an active warrant for his arrest. Charges against him include two counts of rape and two counts of gross sexual imposition. Palechka is described as 5’11” and 160 pounds, last known to be staying in the 3800 block of W. 17th Street in Cleveland.
