A former Bedford City School District treasurer owes $19,235 in fees and penalties from late tax payments and an incorrect vacation payout, Ohio Auditor of State Keith Faber said in a statement. The finding for recovery against William Parkinson comes as part of an audit of the school district’s finances for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
