A Warren man has pleaded guilty to seven sex-related felony charges involving a child. According to a news release, Virgol Ball, 21, of Warren, pleaded to one count of importuning (F5), three counts of disseminating obscene matter harmful to juveniles and two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a child.
