DAYTON, Ohio-Orlando Mejia, 58, was charged with raping a 6-year-old girl in Dayton after the girl’s mother discovered the child’s bedroom door was locked on October 6. According to court documents, the mother waited outside and saw Mejia leaving the room. He is facing one count of rape of a victim under 13 in Dayton Municipal Court.
