A former daycare worker accused of abusing children was declared competent to stand trial on Wednesday. Katelyn Strohacker faces a total of 31 counts of kidnapping and endangering children charges in connection with allegations of abuse at Over the Rainbow Children’s Center in Pataskala, Ohio, where she was employed for over three years.
