Columbus police homicide detectives are working with arson investigators to determine whether foul play was involved in a house fire that killed three people early Tuesday on Freedom Trail. A woman and a toddler were taken to the hospital with injuries. The fire was reported shortly after 2 a.m. Neighbors said they woke to screams.
