KETTERING, Ohio-Matthew Ryan Koehler, a suspended music teacher from Kettering City Schools, has been indicted on six felony counts related to child pornography found on his phone. The Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office announced that Koehler, 37, of Centerville, faces five counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance. Koehler had previously been charged six months ago in Kettering Municipal Court with similar offenses.
