Authorities in Franklin County, Ohio, have located the parent of a 5-year-old boy who was found alone near the intersection of Winchester Pike and Brice Road in Canal Winchester. The child, who only identified himself by his first name, “Sammy,” was safely taken into care by officials before being reunited with his parent following a swift response from police and child services.
