GREEN TOWNSHIP, Ohio-Birjilio Perez was arrested in Green Township after police found him intoxicated in his car, which was stopped in the middle of the roadway with his 7-year-old daughter in the backseat.
Officers reported that Perez’s breath sample registered a blood alcohol level of 0.184. He faces multiple charges including Operating a Vehicle under the Influence (OVI) and endangering children. Perez is currently held in the Hamilton County Justice Center awaiting his next court appearance scheduled for May 15.
