A 14-year-old boy is in custody after police say he shot another teen juvenile in the parking lot of the Lorain Public Library.
The victim, also a 14-year-old boy, was taken to University Hospital Elyria Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the body after Saturday’s shooting. No information has been released on his condition.
