A group of angry parents blocked a school bus from driving off with their children on Monday. Local 12 was there when their busing problems came to a head in West Price Hill. One woman tried to pry the bus doors open as she yelled for the driver to let her grandchildren off. The chaos played out in the middle of a busy street.
