CLEVELAND, Ohio-Michael Kelly has been indicted on charges of assault and strangulation for an incident at Metroparks Brookside Reservation. On August 13, Kelly allegedly attacked two teenage siblings who were feeding deer. The confrontation began when Kelly yelled at the teens, leading to a verbal dispute. The situation escalated when the 14-year-old boy threw an apple at Kelly to divert his attention from his sister. Kelly then reportedly charged at the boy.
