CLEVELAND, Ohio-A 25-year-old man is in custody on child endangering charges after a 3-year-old accidentally shot himself with an unsecured gun in downtown Cleveland. The child, who suffered a graze wound to the hand, is reportedly stable. The shooting occurred around 2:15 a.m. on E. 13th St. and Chester Ave., and the child was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center. The man’s identity has not been released.
