< 1 min read

BATAVIA, Ohio- Ashley Lelesch, 23, has pleaded guilty to child endangerment after her 2-year-old son overdosed on drugs in May in Clermont County. Officers were called to her home on University Lane when the child became unresponsive. Lelesch initially claimed the child ingested mold cleaner and delayed calling 911. The child, who had high levels of marijuana and cocaine in his system, was treated at Mercy Hospital and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and survived. Lelesch is scheduled for sentencing on August 30. Her plea follows the guilty plea of the child’s father, Travis Lelesch, to a similar charge.
