1 in 5 Ohio mothers struggle to access mental health care for children, survey finds

A recent survey conducted by Inseparable and Count on Mothers reveals significant challenges faced by Ohio mothers in accessing mental health care for their children. The report, “Pulse Check 2025: Mothers on Child Mental Health Impacts, Care, and Support,” highlights that 22.7% of Ohio moms reported being unable to access necessary mental health services for their children when needed. Time constraints were identified as the primary barrier.
