Julia Stambaugh (right), daughter of Blake and Megan Stambaugh, was the winner of the Ayersville Local Schools Spelling Bee in December. She secured the victory by correctly spelling the word “nostrils.” The runner-up was Mia Salinas (left), daughter of Louis Salinas and Samantha Kent.
