A 40-year prison term has been handed down in federal court to a man from Ohio who sexually exploited and abused four children in a case that underscores the need for better protection against child sexual exploitation. Shannon McTighe, 46, of Thornville, pleaded guilty Tuesday in the U.S. District Court to three felony counts of sexual exploitation of children.
