Franklin County Children’s Services reports that the family has contacted the police and that they are reuniting the boy with his parents., by the Family Dollar Story and the Hilltop branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library, which found him Sunday near Sullivant Avenue and South Hague Avenue. A concerned stranger brought the boy to Franklin County Children’s Services, saying he was wandering around alone.
