SANDUSKY, Ohio-Devin O’Brien, a 29-year-old man from Sandusky, is charged with the murder of a three-year-old girl. He was scheduled for arraignment on Monday morning, but the hearing has been postponed with no new date set. O’Brien was arrested on September 12 after calling the police to report the child missing. Officers found the girl deceased at a location on Venice Road. An autopsy revealed that the child died from strangulation and showed evidence of blunt force trauma and sexual assault.
