A missing 3-year-old boy is dead after his body was found in a retention pond in Etna Township, according to the Licking County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff’s deputies responded Sept. 15 at 1:35 p.m. to the 100 block of Gala Avenue off Lynns Road, just south of U.S. 40 on a report of a missing 3-year-old boy, according to a Facebook post from the sheriff’s office. The sheriff’s office noted that the boy was autistic and non-verbal.
