COLUMBUS, Ohio-On Monday night, an 18-year-old man named Antonio Jones Jr. was fatally shot on the northeast side of Columbus, according to the Columbus Division of Police.
The incident occurred in the 2700 block of Brentnell Avenue, near Agler Road, at 9:45 p.m. Jones was discovered with gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead by medics from the Columbus Division of Fire at 9:51 p.m. Additionally, another shooting victim, described as a juvenile, transported themselves to a local hospital for treatment of injuries. The police have not disclosed the circumstances leading to the shooting.
